Eddy, Foster, Stutsman, Griggs, Barnes, LaMoure, Ransom, and Dickey
Jamestown Community Corrections Program is a 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization, formed in 1991 to provide sentencing
alternatives other than incarceration or traditional fines to the
District, Municipal, and Juvenile Courts in the above counties.
This program provides Community Service workers to non-profits and tax
supported agencies, as well as qualifying senior and disabled citizens,
to work off court ordered community service sanctions, fines and
costs. On an individual approval basis, inmates at the Stutsman
County Correctional Center are allowed release to perform community
service.
This program also coordinates paid "spot
jobs", when available, to work off court ordered restitution, and
works with Job Service of North Dakota to obtain employment for those
offenders seeking employment.

Program Fees:
$50 - Adult
$25 - Parole/Probation referrals for supervision fees (monthly fee)
$25 - Juvenile
$20 - Transfer fee
